1) The Service

The Service helps you control a Chrome browser that has the Walzone extension installed by relaying browser actions (for example: navigate, click, type, extract content) to that browser.

2) Your responsibilities

• Use at your own risk: automated actions can modify or delete data (for example, submitting forms or clicking destructive buttons). You are responsible for reviewing prompts and outcomes.
• Website rules: you must comply with the terms, policies, and applicable laws for any website you access or automate.
• Security: keep your browser token and any API keys private. If you believe they are compromised, rotate/reset them.

3) Prohibited use

• Illegal, harmful, or abusive activity (including attempting to access accounts/data without authorization).
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service (probing, scraping infrastructure, denial-of-service, bypassing access controls).
• Using the Service in a way that violates a third party’s rights or policies.

4) Third-party services and content

The Service may integrate with third-party services (for example, OpenAI APIs and CDN-hosted libraries). Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party content or availability.

5) Privacy

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Notice. Using the Service may involve processing content from web pages you browse and messages you submit.

6) Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, and we may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any output will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walzone will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
